TrakSYS alarm and notification capabilities is ideal for notifying the right personnel, in real time, wherever a condition requiring attention occurs.

SPC Monitoring and Quality Analysis

TrakSYS provides the right tools for your quality management. SPCTrak™ is the TrakSYS component that provides Statistical Process Control (SPC) functionality for data collected from manufacturing processes. Random sample data for user-defined process measurements and behavior can be entered through APIs available in TrakSYS. Sample data can be collected and grouped at any stage of production. Automatically calculate Mean (X-Bar), Sigma (standard deviation), and Range values for sample data sets and display all necessary information in a single report for review and analysis. Historian

HISTORITrak™ is the component of TrakSYS that allow selective recording of all tag types for trending and performance analysis. Tag values can be configured for recording to the database on a user defined period interval, when the value changes, or a combination of both. Trend reports allow users to view single variables against upper and lower limits or multiple variables side by side for comparison. Trending can be done for single tags or multiple variable side by side for comparison. Tags can be plotted versus KPI ( key performance indicators) values collected by TrakSYS.

Task and Workflow

TrakSYS provides the capability to model and capture user interactions for a variety of workflow scenarios. The required user inputs and business rules can be configured in the flexible MODELTrak environment. Constraints and validation is executed by the scripting engine. The workflow user interfaces are configured and defined using WEBTrak post-back interactive dashboards. Hourly checks, preventative maintenance, quality control/SPC activities are a few examples, but nearly any type of workflow requiring a combination of automatically collected data, manual user inputs and digital signature tracking can be achieved using the TrakSYS platform.

Audit and Regulatory

TrakSYS is an ideal environment to improve efficiency and effectiveness of regulatory compliance and traceability. AUDITTrak™ is TrakSYS audit and regulatory component. It allows TrakSYS to be used in environments that must comply with FDA21-CFR Part 11 requirements. AUDITTrak requires the user to enter a digital signature in the form of a user credential and password any time a change is made to the TrakSYS configuration or to data that has been collected. AUDITTrak can be configured to require one or two digital signatures when a change is made, along with notes field for recording additional details about the change. Web-based AUDITTrak reports allow authorized users to query and view all audit information recorded to the TrakSYS database.

Manual Data Entry

While most production operations have automation there still often the need for manual data entry. SCRIBETrak™ is the manual data entry interface for TrakSYS. It is a configurable set of forms enabling the collection of data from assets where automated acquisition is not possible or cost prohibitive. SCRIBETrak allows the productivity related data(e.g. events, counts, poor quality reasons, observation, etc…) to be entered at the end of the day, shift or production run. Data collected by SCRIBETrak is stored analyzed and visualized in the same manner as the automatically collected data through TrakSYS.

Enterprise Integration

Connecting the plant floor real-time with your business systems is critical in order to optimize a company’s supply chain and business systems to remain competitive, lower costs and improve customer satisfaction. Using the extensibility features in TrakSYS, external business systems such as ERP, APS, CMMS, and MES applications can be integrated to deliver real-time production visibility and responsiveness. The TrakSYS API and scripting engine allows for bi-directional communications to be setup with business systems for importing productions schedules, product and material information while providing real-time plant feedback and input such as production efficiency results, availability, workflow audit trails and electronic production/batch records.
