Job description:

Parsec is the developer of the leading manufacturing operations management software application, TrakSYS™. Many of the largest manufacturing companies worldwide use TrakSYS™ to improve their operational productivity. The selected candidate with the stated skills will be trained to deliver TrakSYS™ implementation services.

Applicants should have a B.S. degree in Software or Control Engineering and a minimum of 3-5 years of programming and work experience in a related field. Must have demonstrable knowledge of the following programming languages and tools:

• Microsoft.NET Development (C#.NET or VB.NET)
• Microsoft SQL Server Development
• WEB Development (HTML, XML, and JAVA Scripting)

Duties will include, but not be limited to, working with clients to determine needs, translating those needs to the capabilities of the software package, and installing and implementing the software. Must have experience with networking, communication protocols and hands-on commissioning. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required.

Position involves moderate travel, both in the US and abroad.

Enterprise Sales Executive – based in the Midwest

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, entrepreneurial software sales executive with approx. 5 - 10 years total sales experience, including at least 2 years of complex/enterprise software sales experience. The application suite is an industry leader in a rapidly growing market with great references from world-class users.

The nature of the position will favor an individual with strong enterprise software sales experience in the manufacturing sector (pharmaceutical, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, automotive, etc.), accomplished verbal and written communication skills, resourcefulness and the ability to call at a high level to complete the sales based on merits and ROI. Positions available in various geographies. Can work from a home office (must be disciplined). The sales cycle is 3 to 6 months. Position opening is due to growth / expansion.

Key Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years experience in selling complex software
